| In September 1946, Shin-Koh Seisakusho was established at Koyano-cho, Katsushika-ku, Tokyo, Japan under the founder’s private management and engaged in designing and manufacturing automatic mechanization for the existing machines of hydraulic plants. In September 1952, the factory was expanded and relocated to the existing factory. According to requirement in the cement second product field, reinforcing steel leveler was projected and released, very thick bar-in-coils were placed on the market for the leading iron and steel makers and, according to requirement in the wire rod filed, requesting to make a machine which could reform and cut speedily, Takashima style high peed automatic straightening and cutting machine was presented as the result of our study. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| This built up the today’s foundation of Takashima high speed straightening machines. At the same time, such machines were applied for patent and Shin-Koh Seisakusho was reorganized as Takashima High Speed Straightening Machine Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Based on new ideas, we had adopted the newest and advanced technology and remarkably improved the quality and performance of the products. In the long run, we could perfect the frying cutting system beyond the technology in Europe and the U.S. Taking “business improvement” as motto, we have sold the products widely in not only Japan but also overseas. Utility model for practical use was already shaped and an innovative high speed straightening cutting machine has just been perfect, which is beyond the worldwide level. We have entered a carrier path of the top exclusive maker in the domestic market and have contributed to the society. Further, a new factory with the most advanced facility was founded in Niigata prefecture to make production more efficient. With concerned efforts, we shall manage production and make our best effort to bring a marked improvement to the society.
